FScaffold footer style

I want to make the footer color transparent.

Maybe I'm missing something but it looks correct to me?

I want to make the container there look like it's staying on top of the child below. But there's a white space behind that container.

Do you mean making the footer "float" above the scaffold's body? That currently isn't supported atm, it's tracked under #474.
