Testing generated schema in VS Code

We need to find a way to test the generated schema from VS Code. Even Better TOML registers a field called tomlValidation but unfortunately for the time being it can only parse URLs not file paths to the schema. I have opened an issue tamasfe/taplo#322 but in the meantime I have to come up with an easier method to test locally
