Rebasing to root?

When i try to interactive rebase I can only select the first commit and rebase there, but i cant rebase "to root", meaning that first commit always remains there. I wanted to squash all commits but i dont think its currently possible?

If you can right click on the first commit and select 'fixup into parent', you can do that.
Otherwise there is no way to rebase on root, because I don't know how to design this in an intuitive way.

In your particular case I'd recommend to reset --soft on the first commit and then stage and amend.
