Investigate indexed-locales use in search2.ftlx for non-generic regional sites

Currently, our search2.ftlx default template only uses english stemming on the x-default locale. Find out if this is sufficient and add locale codes based on the site's specified regions.

Does this mean you only want the rendered with all supported zones or does this include rendering lists of stemming exceptions, too? Currently stemming is rendered with "en-US" and "x-default" but no stemming-exceptions are in search2.xml inserted to begin with.
Please check the "stemming" branch to ensure I understood the issue.
