Should I use Formatic UI instead of Semantic UI?

My project was built on Semantic UI 2.4.2 many years ago. Formatic UI was forked from Semantic UI in 2018 with intention of merging back to Semantic UI when Semantic UI is being actively developed again according to the issue at the Formatic UI repository (#319).

However, Semantic UI 2.5.0 was released in 2022. That means Semantic UI is being developed and maintained. Why has Formantic UI still not merged back to Semantic UI?
