reading/writing files with sudo

I'm currently using vim-suda for writing files that need root rights. For example I often have to adopt the /etc/hosts file for development reasons.

I think reading/writing files with sudo is a quite common case and I think it could be a great addition to snacks.

Any way, thanks a lot for this great plugin-collection, really love it and all the work around it 😍

Not really an answer but I use nmap('<leader>sudo', '<cmd>w !sudo tee "%" >/dev/null<cr><cmd>edit!<cr>', 'sudo write')
