[Picker]: Should the item.text in lsp symbols picker contains the filename as well?

Curious as to your thoughts on this one. I was in my which-key fork I just created to make these changes, so I used the lsp symbols finder to take me to the layout method in the layout.lua file, but you can see the results below as I searched for "layou":

I'm assuming this is matching because the filename, layout.lua is part of eachitem.text? Is this just a small edge case I hit that was needed to fix something else?

Good point. I had just added that.
But I guess it only makes sense for workspace symbols.
Changed it to do just that.
