.rgrc and .rgignore in files picker

Just want to clarify whether the files picker respect the .rgrc and .rgignore files. It seems like no which makes sense if it doesn't use rg. The grep picker does though.

I'm using the exclude option in the files picker but wonder if there is an option to use .rgrc and .rgignore instead.
