How to show hidden files by default in pickers?

Let's imagine I have .dotfiles/.config/init.lua. First, the file picker won't show this file until I toggle the hidden files option. However, when I am in this file, I can't use grep_word because it is considered a hidden file.

Is there a way to always show hidden files in grep and files?

I tried passing sources to the picker, but it didn't help, and the picker stopped working.

hi @folke , could you help me to check if my configs is ok, I still cannot get the explorer showing hidden files by default:

      explorer = {},
      picker = {
        sources = {

          grep = { hidden = true },
          explorer = { hidden = true },
        },

pls ignore, I figured out, there's a line in example.lua which will skip all the configs.
