Open pick window even if there are no result

If there are no results, the pick window will not open now.

is it possible to add a custom configurable option to open picker window even if there no result?
So i can press ctrl-g and switch to live_grep mode to modify search text, or press m-h to grep in hidden file.
Just like how i use fzf-lua.
