Using a custom command (ugrep) for grep pickers

Hi there,
I'm trying to use a custom command (ugrep) for all the grep pickers.
Until now I've tried this:

    picker = {
      sources = {
        grep_buffers = {
          cmd = 'ugrep',
          args = {
            '-RIjnkzs',
            '--hidden',
            '--ignore-files',
            '--exclude-dir=".git"'
          }
        },
        grep = {
          cmd = 'ugrep',
          args = {
            '-RIjnkzs',
            '--hidden',
            '--ignore-files',
            '--exclude-dir=".git"'
          }
        }
      }
    }
  }

I've also tried with the full path to the binary to no avail ...
Do you have any suggestions what I could use otherwise?
