Using scratch to run JavaScript files?

Is it possible to configure scratch, so it can run JavaScript files with node.js, or typescript files with bun/deno?

I am thinking something similar to Quokka in vscode.

In its basic form, just being able to see diagnostics and console.log output inline.

Please share your scratch config if you have pulled this off.
