Can I set a color scheme just for pickers?

I'm using https://github.com/loctvl842/monokai-pro.nvim as my normal color scheme and I'm pretty happy with it. Unfortunately, Snacks (mostly the picker) somehow inherits stuff from it and it looks bad, as some text is almost invisible.

So, is there a way to change colorscheme just for the picker?

Bonus question: I want to see hidden and ignored files in explorer better too - can it be done? I'm ok with its font color to be the same as 'normal' objects.
