Problems with Tex Files -- snacks.image

In a tex file where I run packages only compatible with lualatex. It seems snacks nvim always tries to run pdflatex, which in this case is not possible. Has anyone run into this before?

Sorry, I won't help because I don't use image snack or LaTeX files. You can try patching the source code (see ~/.local/share/nvim/lazy/snacks.nvim/):
