[Picker] Is it possible to open in current buffer?

I was using telescope and it has feature to open it inside current buffer. (by setting layout_strategy as current_buffer)

Does the picker have the ability to open it inside buffer instead of floating?

You could do something like this:

lua Snacks.picker.files({layout = {fullscreen=true, layout = {backdrop = false,relative = "win"}}})

You can also just use a split layout instead.

Doesn't work for explorer:

lua Snacks.explorer({layout = {fullscreen=true, layout = {backdrop = false,relative = "win"}}})

It opens not in the current window, but as a full-screen popup. For files picker works ok, opens in current window.

Becaue explorer uses a split layout, you need to use a float layout for the explorer to make it work
