How to manage the plugin "Comment.nvim" using lazy.nvim?

I create a file named 'comment.lua' in C:\Users\zwyyyAppdatalocal\nvim\lua\plugins，the content is as follows:

The Comment.nvim repo has been cloned to C:\Users\zwyyy\Appdata\Local\nvim-data\lazy，anyone is able to inform me on how to solve this particular issue?

I have checked before，but the official documents only shows how to install it by packer.

yes, but they do show the correct module to use for setup. please, please just read the docs especially when something is not working.
