Loading local plugins

Hey! I was working on my own nvim plugin, and I wanted to test it out. For that I would need to be able to load it in locally, but I can't seem to make that work. Couldn't find anything in the docs, so I would be happy to get pointed in the right direction.
I already saw the dir and dev options, but some further elaboration/examples would help me a ton.

This is all clearly explained in the docs. Either use dev=true and setup your dev path, or just use dir=...
