Make checker.enabled flag ignore dev plugins?

Getting notifications of when a plugin has an update is fantastic! However, it can be a bit annoying when it tells me there is an update for a plugin I am actively working on. Like cool, I'm sure there is.

Is there a setting that can be enabled to make checker ignore plugins that have dev = true enabled?
