Skipping/Ignoring certain plugins?

Is there a way to config a plugin to be skipped/ignored? I want to disable my LSP plugins for a while to evaluate CoC because it seems to have better support for the language I am working with. I don't want to delete the plugin file plugins/lsp/init.lua but I do want to cease using it for the time being. Can I somehow config Lazy to ignore certain files in my import = foo directive?

Can a plugin file be ignored from the configuration options and not in the plugin spec itself? I could go add the cond = false but I was hoping for a blacklisting of folders/files in the options since that'd require only updating a single line, something like skip = {"plugins/lsp"}. Whereas with cond I'd have to add that to all the files.

I guess it's not terrible either way, but I've found that a lot of cool things can be done with Lazy.nvim but they're just not in the docs, for example a few articles of talked about setting dir = "~" to create an empty "local plugin" and then using dependencies, essentially creating a "module".
