Add extra configs to cmp, telescope

Hi,
I'm trying to migrate some of my old settings to lazyvim, I have been trying to follow the document.
But due to my inexperience with neovim and lua, I got stuck when I try to add extra configurations to existing plugins like cmp, telescope because I don't know what's the grammar that does this look like. Here are some extra configurations I am planning to add:

Thanks for your reply! I did try a solid 10 hours justing trying to find the correct syntax and structure. I guess I will have to study the overall structure first. Do you have any advice on the learning of structure?
