New to nvim, not sure if I've screwed up or not

I just installed nvim yesterday and for my plugin1.lua, I used the example in plugin Spec. then it showed me noice.nvim exists failed, for which i did git clone https://github.com/folke/secret.nvim ~/projects/noice.nvim.

This is a projects directory I already had, so I just used that, but my nvim doesn't look like what's in the github, so is it because I have to use those plugins some other way, please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

And what do I do about the secret.nvim, where do I find that.

I'm new as well, but I can see the option to run a healthcheck of the installation:

It is recommended to run :checkhealth lazy after installation.

Could you try to run it and see if you have any issues
