Plugins aware configuration

I want to configure plugins in a way that they load based on what plugins are loaded, for example using lualine and noice

then intention behind this is because in my configuration i might have profiles that wont load noice and i dont want to have to write two lualine configurations for each

i want to add to my lualine setup the following code if noice is loaded

    if "noice is loaded" then
      local noiceasmode = require("noice").api.statusline.mode
      noice_status = {
        noiceasmode.get,
        cond = noiceasmode.has,
        color = "#fab387"
      }
    end
    require 'lualine'.setup({

          noice_status,
          { 'encoding' }, { 'fileformat' }, { 'filetype' }
        },

    })

replace the "noice is loaded" with require('lazy.core.config').plugins['noice.nvim']._.loaded ~= nil.
