Multiple lazy-loading triggers

Hi there, just a quick question.

If I have multiple lazy-loading handlers, will the plugin be loaded if any of them all of them trigger?

Fore example:

  "nvim-neo-tree/neo-tree.nvim",
    event = "BufReadPre",
    ft = { "lua", "elixir" },
    keys = {
      { "<leader>ft", "<cmd>Neotree toggle<cr>", desc = "NeoTree" },
    },
    config = function()
      require("neo-tree").setup()
    end,
}

Will it be on every file type on the event BufReadPre? Or only on the file type lua or elixir on the key <leader>ft?
