How to configure where plugins are installed and loaded from?

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to get this to plugin manager to install and use plugins at a different location rather than

~/.local/share/nvim

I would ideally like it to be installed and loaded from: ~/.config/nvim/install/plugins
