Lazy loading conflict-marker.vim plugin

I just moved to Lazy plugin manager and I wondered how I could lazily load this plugin when I'm trying to solve a conflict: https://github.com/rhysd/conflict-marker.vim

I wonder also why the keybinding like [x and ]x are not functional.
