Why does lazy.nvim suddenly ask for my GitHub credentials?

This happened with Packer too. Lazy.nvim has worked great for me thus far, but now, when trying to install coq.nvim, it gives me this error:

I'm honestly confused. What was fine before that isn't fine now? Am I now supposed to configure personal keys with GitHub? Cloning through the Git CLI still works, no need for keys. What's going on?

The url for coc.nvim is https://github.com/neoclide/coc.nvim. From the error it seems like you're providing another url that might not be public? Your plugin spec for coc.nvim should look something like

    "neoclide/coc.nvim",
    -- rest of spec here
  },
}

At least to me, it seems like ms-jpq/coq_nvim is alive and well.

@mikwee I thought you meant the other coc.nvim. Wasn't even aware of this. Have you actually tried it? Could you share your experience with it?

Sure, when I get Neovide to work again. But that’s a separate issue.
