Should after/plugin scripts be finishing before plugins are finished loading?

Hi there!

So normally, scripts in after/plugin run after stuff in init.lua, which makes sense because 'after'...

However when I require('lazy').setup() and print right after...

require('lazy').setup('jl.plugins')

print('this print is right at the end of my init.lua')

And then print from with an after/plugin script, I get this...

Does lazy.nvim async cause scripts in after to run BEFORE plugins are loaded?

Is this intentional?
