Is LazySpec not intended to be used by users?

I think it would be useful to add a type annotation when writing the configuration, but it is useless because the LazyKeys id is a required field, perhaps for internal use.

This id field is indeed used internally in keys.lua

Assuming you would like to use the annotation for code completion when typing a spec, you could add the following to the first line of your file:
---@diagnostic disable: missing-fields

You can also add a line below the line containing keys =:
---@diagnostic disable-next-line: missing-fields
