Create ome-zarr from hdf5 container

We have a test-dataset which contains all raw data (including metadata files) of a CV acquisition packaged into an hdf5 container. We should test if we can use this as input to our ome-zarr converter.

Also try to extract from zip container, and compare performance.

I have run the tests:

Convert from HDF5 source took 0:05:34.609417.
Convert from File-System source took 0:06:27.919787.
Convert from ZIP source took 0:12:18.701744.
