Describe the bug

MFD message background is larger than the text on each line once more than one line exist.

Expected behavior

Message background length should fit the length of each line individually. in addition, there should be a thin black line separating the two.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Trigger a scratchpad message big enough so it is separated into both lines, such as, company flight plan request pending insertion.
