Is it possible to manage by folder hierarchy?

IE, in the Immich implementation of this plugin, if I have a folder that has a ton of subfolders that then have their own picutres (Photos>Burst1>burst11.jpg,burst12.jpg), I'd like to be able to include just Photos and have that include all the subfolders

It would also be nice if I could exclude say Downloads and all subfolders, so that if I download a folder of photos it doesn't appear as a new folder, but instead is still just belonging to Downloads
