Port 9880 cannot bind to ipv6 address

I use helm to deploy fluentd, and the configuration file can confirm that it is all bind 0.0.0.0.

      <source>

        bind 0.0.0.0
        port 9880
      </source>

I telnet the ipv6 address and there was no response

[root@192 fluentd]# telnet 2001:db8:42:d8:8162:45c4:9c0c:31f6 9880
