Error installing Fluentd td-agent in Ubuntu 12.04 Ec2 Instance

Hi I'm trying to install Fluentd in Ubuntu 12.04 EC2 Instance usinng Session Manager. But I'm keep getting this error message. Can you support me to identify the issue?

UPDATE: I tried apt-get -f install , ran apt-get update and tried with --fix-missing as well. But nothing works
