Stdout appended in the log message

Hi,
I have the log message as below,

{"code":"http","request":{"method":"GET","path":"/test"},"response":{"status":200,"size":2},"duration":{"total":0}}

But after processing with fluentd it will appended with

2023-02-09T06:26:58.367686663Z stdout F {"code":"http","request":{"method":"GET","path":"/test"},"response":{"status":200,"size":2},"duration":{"total":0}}

Conf used for fluentd

Could someone please help us to know why that stdout message is appended after parsing ?
or is there any another reason for appending the stdout?
