getting detached forwarding server in fluentd logs

We are getting the below warning in the fluentd logs

detached forwarding server 'logstash' host="xx.xx.xx.xx.net" port=443 hard_timeout=true

failed to flush the buffer. retry_time=0 next_retry_seconds=2023-01-11 09:26:57 +0000 chunk="5f1f98eb5301a8eec51c008742d7e2e4" error_class=Errno::ETIMEDOUT error="Connection timed out - connect(2) for \"10.14.xx.xx\" port 443"

Once we get the detached warning no logs are pushing. If we restart the fluentd then for sometime it will send the logs and again through the same warning.

Could someone please help us to resolve the issue?
