Azure Code Owners for Azure plugins?

We currently have code owners for AWS and Google, however do not have one for Azure.

As Fluent Bit is included in Azure Monitor Agent and used by Microsoft teams (MS Teams, Xbox, Azure ML), opening this up as there are probably great subject manager experts in the community who can help out

I'm all for more support and spreading the load.

I think we should get official confirmation that those folks will support these plugins, i.e. they agree they will spend time on looking at issues and PRs related to them. It would be good to get a public statement somewhere to say that, e.g. just as a comment here from each person.

I would be expecting you to triage issues relevant as part of this btw, e.g. #10066
