Install hangs up

I'm on windows 10 machine. While I tried installing using the command npm install -g headstart it just hangs up like the one attached in the screenshot. Also there was some deprecated warning message.
No progress after this.

After third try it installs completely. But it hangs on cleaning up after running the command headstart init

Need Help.

Hello @jm-kumaresh. I know there are quite a lot of problems with the installation and cleaning process, but that probably because I haven't updated this project in quite some time and most of the packages are outdated.

All the "cleaning up" does is copy the contents of the .tmp folder into its parent folder, so even though its a pain to do, you can overcome this with some manual file moving.

Anyway, an update is long overdue, but I can't make any promises when one will arrive.

Thanks for the reply flovan. Let me try with your method. BTW your project seems to be more useful and clean apart from other boilerplate. I request you to spend some time on it to update. Because this is more helpful to noob in task runner like me.

Another way you can get around the headstart init problems is by copy/pasting a fresh copy of the boilerplate. I noticed you forked that repo so you can use a copy of your local folder repo.

Anyway, I'm glad you like it! I will do my best to make an update since even my colleagues are experiencing problems now, but again, not promises on "when" 🤐

Hey @flovan @jm-kumaresh, I'd like to recommend you to use TARS (https://github.com/tars/tars) It is like headstart, but has more great parts, for example automatic update of tour project!) Just try, and you will fall in love)

I'm an eat-your-own-dogfood kind of guy, so I'm using my own tools for everything I do, and adapt them to my own purposes, but I'm sure if @jm-kumaresh isn't satisfied with Headstart, that he'll take a look at the other available options, since there are quite a lot of them besides TARS.
