Missing support for base folder

If wstunnel is running on server mode and is hosted behind a envoy proxy or a Istio Ingress gateway and it is using prefix path based routing, wstunnel will not run properly because it handle requests supposing it is hosted always on root "/"
I wrote a code that fix it, i can share it with you or i can commit (in that case, i need right access contribute) it on a branch so you can take a look on it and see if it make sense

Hi Alexandre! I also encountered that issue. If you have it, please provide your changes to fix that issue.

The github way of doing that would be to fork the repo, commit your fixes on a feature branch, push to your fork, then create a pull request to this repo.

Or if this is too much of a hassle, just post your diff to the master branch here in a code format block.
