Being able to use an a time widget to for users to selected a time of the day but in a Cupertino style all flet has a Cupertino alarm that goes up to 23 hours

Can flet just have a Cupertino time widget in where the time can be selected like this

This package needs to be implemented as a Flet extension for use in Flet. (Docs)
