Content resizing

I am developing an interface and I came across a problem when changing the size of the window. When the window is not maximized, the Containers resize to a smaller size, but the content, such as text or buttons, remains the same size, causing overlapping of the content and distortions. How could I solve this so that it is dynamic like the containers when using "expand=bool"?

Yes, these properties do help when resizing the window. However, wouldn't it be possible for the text on the screen to automatically adapt to the layout size? That's exactly what @Fqcerqueira is suggesting.

To be honest, I'm not sure if that's necessary. It seems like the question is more about how to properly structure an application's layout. I'd love to expand my knowledge on this topic because, in my case, I feel like there's a significant gap when it comes to building a functional layout that correctly manages its size and content. I also notice that some other developers seem to overlook certain aspects when designing their layouts.

i have seeing around about other apps that devs ignore and use like responsive rows to solve this problem, i think will use the same while i don't find a solution.
