Build progress stuck at ( ● ) Packaging Python app ⏳... for a long time (infinite loading symbol ( ● ) )

Question

Stuck on this for more than like 10 minutes . All I can understand from the log is that there's something with pyproject.toml , however my project uses requirements.txt. Help would be appreciated for a solution to this so I can continue with my current app and further applications. The ● keeps moving back and forth which is at the end of this log.
