Bug, it only runs the first time.

I am having trouble with first-run code using miniconda3.

The app renders correctly only once, after that it deletes (or move, idk) python.exe from the miniconda environment. So it won't run again, giving 'FullyQualifiedErrorId : CommandNotFoundException'
