[Question] 24h format Timepicker

Question

How can I make sure that the timepicker always uses the 24h format?

On Windows 11 with German layout it uses the 24h format. As a web app on the same computer (Firefox) the American format is used (am/pm)
Strangely enough, the Cupertino datepicker has the option of setting the format. But with the Timpicker (neither Cupertino nor the normal one) I can't find an option.
