How to make sms sending app using flet [Question]

Hi, i am trying to make a sms sendig app using flet is there any way to do that my main focus is to build an app which works on android so even if ios is not supported it will work for me is there any way to make this app because i can't find any way in flet to get user persmission to sms service is there any way to do that please help asap!!!
