Snackbar for controls

Hi everyone,

It would be great if we could target the control where we want the Snackbar menu to pop up.

I don't think there is a way to do this currently. Does anyone have a handy function that already does this for your Container? - I know is probably simple to build but I'm not very experienced with animations so I'm looking for alternatives.
