linux: config: add and remove required build configs

Remove CONFIG_AMD_IOMMU_V2, CONFIG_FB_ARMCLCD, CONFIG_MD_LINEAR, CONFIG_NET_ACT_IPT.

Add CONFIG_MODULE_COMPRESS.
