@VinterSolen thanks for giving Flameshot a try. There are a few fundamental points that you got wrong and I'll try to explain here:
No. The "Accept Capture" is only functional when the user has defined the "final actions" through the CLI (explanation about Final Actions). So if you run
When you run
I don't understand what you mean by this, but if the Ctrl+c or Ctrl+s is not passed to Flameshot, it can be because your window manager has put Flameshot out of focus. Although I'm a KDE user myself and I've never experienced it. |

Hi, after the update to fedora 42 kde, spectacle turned into something i didnt like,
Got suggested to use flameshot, so i installed it.
What i have noticed/struggled with:
Shortcut:
"Accept the capture" [Enter] - does not work, nothing happens when i press enter
"Copy selection to clipboard" [Ctrl+C] - Lets thru the keystroke to what ever application is next in "z index"
"Save screenshot to a file" [Ctrl+S] - Lets thru the keystroke to what ever application is next in "z index"
Is the "Accept capture" supposed to function similar to Spectacle, that after accepting the screenshot/selection, to put it into a window where i then can add arrors or something, and let the rest of the display return to show what ever its doing?
Sometimes i want to snap something quickly, add arrows or something, but it "stops" videos until im done editing the screenshot (it keeps the fullscreen images i snapped from)
