Create a repo for song info correction

Sometimes the 3rd-party sources that FlairMax uses might return incorrect song information, such as:

• ACRCloud incorrectly returning NSFW cover images.
• Musixmatch returning the wrong timestamps for some songs (i.e., Maroon 5's Memories).

FlairMax currently has hardcoded corrections for some songs, however scaling this can prove difficult. This issue proposes:

• Creating a new repository on GitHub where users and the developer can propose corrections to songs.
• Having the FlairMax app access the song information from the repository.
• Create a redirect within the FlairMax app that shows users how to correct song information.
