Problem playing M4B

I have an M4B file, the app does not play it and gives no error.

I have a pixel 6A with Android 13

I can send the test file in private

m4b doesn't show chapters.
and it doesnt scan if it is saved as .mp4 (some m4b books are named in such manner)
