Why can’t I submit issues?

Found few issues I’d like to report. Not letting me report. I thought this was open source??

If you want people to spend time to find bugs and optimize your project. Why would you not allow issue reports?

its a waste of time for someone to spend time on your software to try to make it better and you not allow a place to express where the bugs are and how to fix them.

I can only imagine others like me. It’s not my loss.
